Return Policy - 10-Day At Home Trial

At EVELO, our company philosophy is that we want every single customer to love their new Omni Wheel from EVELO and we want to do everything we can to make that happen. As a company that sells direct to consumer, we also realize that you – as a customer – sometimes take a leap of faith when you order a product from us without having a chance to see it in a store first.

To provide a peace of mind and ensure that every single customer is 100% happy with their Omni Wheel, we offer the industry’s first 10-Day At Home Trial policy which allows you to try the Omni Wheel at home for 10 days and, if it’s not the right fit, gives you the option to return ship it back to us within 10 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or a 100% refund on the price of the wheel. We even cover return shipping, so there are no surprises, no hidden fees and no hassles for you - our customer. We're that confident that you will love your new Omni Wheel!

How Does The 10-Day At Home Trial Work?:

  • You have 10 days from the date that the product was marked delivered to request a Return Authorization (see link below).

  • To qualify for the 100% refund, your Omni Wheel must have under 75 miles on it and it must be within 10 days of the Omni Wheel's delivery to you. After the 10-day period expires, the products cannot be returned to EVELO.

  • You must keep the original packaging and the Omni Wheel must be repacked back into the original packaging when it’s sent back to us. It’s very important, as this ensures that the Omni Wheel is delivered back to the warehouse in good condition. Repacking of the Omni Wheel back into the box is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Once the Return Authorization is issued, you have two options: you can ship it directly to us at your expense and we'll issue the 100% refund of your purchase price, or if you prefer, we can arrange for the return shipping with UPS. 

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment within 10 business days after the product has been received at the warehouse.

  • Please note that the No-Risk 10-Day At Home Trial only applies to new bikes and new Omni Wheels purchased from our site. Open-Box, refurbished and clearance units are not eligible for a return.
